Abstract

Cyberbullying and poor netiquette are prevalent in online higher education. The researchers of
this study selected an online business school to evaluate faculty members understanding of
cyberbullying, netiquette, and understanding of the similarities and differences between the two.
The policies and procedures at this online business school were reviewed also. Based on the
results of the study, the researchers created a list of best practices for implementing procedures
and conducting training on cyberbullying and netiquette. This information can be used a
