Azizi Bupe, Inc. was established I 2013 to meet the demand for Organic coffee in the beverage
industry. This industry experienced moderate growth with an increase in contracts beginning in
2012.Industry projections indicate a growing demand for quality organic coffee in the growing
Lexington, Kentucky downtown area as the city moves towards a more diverse range of society.
Azizi Bupe Inc. will maintain a competitive edge with prompt order fulfillment, excellent customer
relationships, and custom design capabilities.
We are adequately housed in a 10,000 square-foot facility and desire to meet the growing
demand for our organic coffee through the purchase of new and more modern equipment which
will provide the opportunity for broader scope bidding, increased custom design capabilities,
lower per unit costs, and faster turnaround time. In the next three to five years, Azizi Bupe, Inc.
plans to increase our market share to 15%.
Azizi Bupe is a full-service café located in the downtown business district of Lexington,
Kentucky. Our Café features a full menu of moderately priced “Organic Coffee” influenced by
African traditions, but based upon time honored flavors from around the world. Our Café which
is located in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky near the college campus features a desert bar,
magazine stand and space for live poetry readers.
This business plan will serve as a five-year plan that will guide the company through the
administrative, marketing, and financial issues that are inherent in reaching a growth goal that
will double the size of the company.
