Introduction
It is very difficult to pursue your dreams while you’re a student. Student life can become very
tedious especially if the student has to work. As a student and working single mother my
hobby has been to look at properties and dream of one day buying many properties to fix
them up, rent them, or sell them. I have sometimes found myself spending hours in front of a
computer looking at properties only to realize that I need capital in order to fullfill my dream.
I work in a Healthcare Management Company full-time and work part-time as a Real Estate
Agent Part-so I sometimes go see homes on my own that are vacant that are fixer uppers and
I dream of the day where I can have the cash to purchase them. . I would also like to own my
own Real Estate Company one day along with doing the investing and I would like to open
up my Real Estate Office in Lake Mary to provide Real Estate services in Central Florida to
buyers and investors. My business will be composed of a full service real estate, mortgage,
and title company. This paper will discuss the steps I will take towards achieving my goal.

The business I selected is to open up my own Real Estate & Investing Company. My Real
Estate Company will be a limited liability partnership. The company will be leveraged
through private investment and a limited number of loans. The company’s main clients will
be families, couples, retirees, single people, and investors. My company will offer
