For example: a student cannot be in control of a lesson as he/she is not a teacher, a teacher needs to be in control and take a lesson and convey it to the students to ensure they receive the right education they deserve and require. • The Prompter: the teacher should always be encouraging and supportive and help the students wherever they get stuck and need guidance. For example: if a student cannot find the words to best describe something and finds themselves at a loss for words the teacher should help them and support them and always be there if the student needs them. • The Resource: a teacher is a resource of information, as a teacher is always providing education and knowledge to their students. A teacher must always help where needed and provide information. For example: when giving a lesson the teacher should always have full knowledge on the topic at hand and ensure that all information is delivered to the students, and if there are questions the teacher should always be the resource. • The organizer: the teacher should always ensure the work and lesson is organized so that students are aware and understand what is to be expected from them and what work needs to be done. An organized teacher will always have organized lessons and ensure students are captivated and interested in the lesson. For example: a lesson plan should be organized and planned so students are aware of what work needs to be done and what is expected. • The Assessor: the teacher needs to act as the assessor to see how students are coping and how the are progressing. This will be done by giving feedback and watching students work to ensure they are all on the right track and to help where necessary. For example: a teacher must give feedback and help where needed if there is any struggles and misunderstandings. • The Tutor: the teacher should always be there to give guidance and assistance, helping students individually acting as a tutor to ensure greater understanding. For example: when there are activities in the class the teacher can assist one learner at a time to provide guidance and assistance where needed. This also ensures that learners understand and if they require any help the teacher is there. • The Participant: students enjoy a lesson and a lesson becomes more fun and engaging when a teacher participates in classroom activities this livens up the classroom. For example, a teacher can give his or her opinions and allow classroom discussions without being dominant and allowing everyone a chance.
